Pintail Point, a recreational destination that is rapidly building a national reputation, is comprised of nearly 1800 acres situated at the headwaters of the Wye River. Also known as "the river of dreams", the Wye River is a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay. Visitors to Pintail Point, whether novice or experienced, can take advantage of such recreational activities as sporting clays, an Orvis endorsed wingshooting lodge and preserve hunting for upland birds, wild duck and deer hunting or fishing in area waters. |
